Job Opportunity: Locum to Permanent Physician - Gastroenterology

Provide hospital-based coverage for inpatient procedures and consults. Perform 3-4 outpatient procedures per day, with emphasis on ERCP (EUS is highly preferred). Participate in 24-hour call rotation, from 7 AM to 7 AM. Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation and record-keeping. Deliver care to adult-only patients within a collaborative healthcare team. Qualifications:
Must be interested in a Locum to Permanent position. Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 3 years of Residency - Required. Active Iowa License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) - Required. ACLS certification - Required. Provider must be willing/able to work inpatient - Required. ERCP proficiency - Required. EUS experience - Highly preferred. COVID Vaccination - Required. Clean malpractice/background - Strongly preferred (Documentation for any settled/pending cases must be provided). Licenses and Certifications Required:
Active Iowa Medical License or valid IMLC. Current ACLS certification.
