Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Bilingual Spanish Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
