Key Responsibilities
Calculate incentive fees, investor balances, liquidity metrics, and monthly management fees
Process investor redemption wires and perform reconciliations
Compute weekly and monthly performance estimates
Prepare monthly NAV packages and analyze variances with fund administrators
Review monthly investor statements and prepare internal/external reports
Coordinate with fund administrators and external auditors on financial statements
Support regulatory requirements and filings
Review, allocate, and process fund expense payments
Focus on workflow optimization and process improvements
Contribute to team and firm-wide initiatives
Requirements
Experience & Education
4+ years public/private accounting experience and CPA preferred
Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
Technical & Professional Skills
Proficient Excel capabilities and fund accounting experience
Strong attention to detail with quality focus
Excellent accountability and deadline management
Collaborative approach across departments and with external vendors
Process improvement mindset with intellectual curiosity
Adaptability to work on diverse projects and initiatives
