Join our dedicated team in the Neonatal ICU, where we provide critical care to our smallest patients. We are currently seeking a full-time RN for night shifts (36 hours/week). New graduates are encouraged to apply! Key Responsibilities: Implement physician orders and administer medications. Start IVs and perform treatments, procedures, and special tests as needed. Document treatment per company policy and relevant regulations. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions. Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care. Use sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions. Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses. Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered. Collaborate with nursing teams to create personalized care plans for all patients. Guide ancillary personnel and maintain high professional nursing standards. Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from a professional academic nursing program that conferred a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree. Current NYS Registered Nurse license is required. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) must be obtained and maintained. Excellent communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills are essential. Knowledge of quality improvement principles and problem-solving tools is a plus.
