Responsibilities include supporting Sales Associates, executing product placement, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and creating a premium brand environment. We offer competitive base rates with flexible schedules and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions each pay period. What You'll Be Doing Champion Sales Goals: Coach Sales Associates to improve sales performance and overcome obstacles. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop action plans. Develop Selling & Service Skills: Lead training in customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Maintain Visual Standards: Regularly walk the sales floor to ensure visual merchandising standards are met. Lead Outreach & Events: Organize local events and campaigns to increase traffic and sales. Identify Sales Opportunities: Review sales data and KPIs to find areas for improvement. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as needed to meet business needs.
