Solutions by Sanford is seeking a Traveling Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing high-quality patient care across a variety of clinical settings while enjoying the flexibility and adventure of travel nursing. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations in hospitals and other healthcare facilities across different locations. You’ll perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, manage IV lines and infusions, maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records, and provide patient and family education. You will follow evidence-based practices and facility policies to ensure safety, quality, and positive clinical outcomes.

Traveling Registered Nurses with Solutions by Sanford are expected to step into new units and facilities with confidence, demonstrating strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. You will collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, case managers, and other nurses to coordinate care and support safe discharges or transitions between levels of care.
