Job Overview This role involves advising insurance clients, leading teams on process optimization and automation projects, and implementing intelligent automation solutions including RPA, RDA, IDP, AI/ML, Chatbots, and GenAI. Responsibilities Consulting with insurance clients across multiple lines (Life, Annuities, Brokerage, P&C, Group Benefits, Disability, Long Term Care) Leading process discovery, assessment, and automation initiatives Developing current and future state process maps Implementing automation platforms like UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, Pega, and Appian Applying Agile/Scrum methodologies Collaborating with global teams and managing client relationships Qualifications Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or certifications preferred 5+ years relevant experience, including 2+ years in consulting Experience in insurance processes, automation tools, and BPMN software Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Additional Details Travel required Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Benefits Competitive salary ($93,500 - $118,500/year) Health, dental, vision, life insurance Disability coverage Retirement plans About Infosys Infosys is a global leader in digital services and consulting, enabling clients worldwide to navigate digital transformation with innovative solutions and a focus on continuous learning and development.
