Boston, MA, Bridgewater, NJ, Chicago, IL Country: USA Salary range: $93,500 - $118,500 Domain: Consulting Interest Group: Skills Company: ITL USA Requisition ID: 133870BR Senior Consultant, Insurance – Business Process Optimization & Automation North AmericaAbout the Role The applicant should have experience advising Insurance client executives, both business and IT, and leading teams on Insurance Business process optimization and Automation consulting engagements. Key qualifications include: Experience with Insurance Business Processes across multiple lines such as Life, Annuities, Brokerage, Property & Casualty, Group Benefits, Disability Insurance, and Long Term Care. Experience in the insurance value chain including Underwriting, Claims, New Business, and Policy Servicing. Proficiency in Process discovery, Process Assessment, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. Experience in current and future state process mapping and solution creation. Implementation of intelligent automation capabilities such as RPA, RDA, IDP/iOCR, AI/ML, Chat BOTS, and GenAI. Experience with BPMN tools like IBM Blue Works, Visio, etc., and automation platforms such as UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, Pega Robotics, and Appian. Skills in SharePoint, PowerBI, JIRA, Trello, and ADO. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in consulting. Strong strategic, collaborative, multitasking, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills. Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies. Additional Responsibilities Client relationship management and delivery of high-quality outputs. Mentoring team members and engaging in firm and practice building activities.
