Front Desk and Patient Liaison

What You Will Do:

* Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. * Manage patient records, referrals, and authorizations. * Schedule appointments and assist with walk-ins. * Handle copay collections and balance daily deposits. * Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby environment.

What You Bring:

* 1+ year of experience in a medical or radiology office setting. * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Solid understanding of medical terminology and insurance plans (PPOs, HMOs). * Proficient computer skills (experience with Metiformatix is a plus). * Strong multitasking, communication, and customer service abilities. * Keen attention to detail and empathy for patients and physicians. * Fluent Spanish language skills (required).
