FP&A Manager Location: Oakbrook, IL (Hybrid - 2 days WFH) Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 base + 15% discretionary bonus
A global manufacturing leader with a strong and stable presence in the industrial products space is seeking a talented FP&A Manager to join its corporate finance team. Headquartered in the western suburbs of Chicago, this company operates across multiple business segments and is recognized for consistent growth, ongoing acquisitions, and a collaborative, high-performance culture.
As an FP&A Manager , you will play a key role in providing financial insights and strategic support to senior leadership. You'll be part of a sharp, motivated team responsible for planning, forecasting, executive reporting, and business performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership
Partner with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making, including M&A impact analysis and KPI reporting
Drive the annual operating plan and long-range strategic planning processes
Analyze company-wide financial performance versus forecast and recommend course corrections
Continuously enhance reporting tools, processes, and financial insights to improve decision-making
Provide mentorship and technical support to a high-caliber finance team
Collaborate across departments including Investor Relations, HR, and IT on high-impact projects
