We have been engaged by a Series A, hypergrowth startup to find their second Forward Deployed Engineer to work at the front line of enterprise deployments.

This is for engineers who enjoy being close to customers, solving real production problems, and shipping fast. You won’t be sitting behind tickets, you’ll be designing integrations, handling complex data environments, and ensuring AI systems actually work in the real world.

What You’ll Do

Lead technical implementations with enterprise customers Design and deploy integrations across APIs and cloud data systems Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance Influence product improvements based on field insight

What We’re Looking For

5+ years in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or enterprise-focused software roles Strong experience with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and large data integrations Solid SQL skills Exposure to AI/ML systems in production environments Comfortable working in code repositories and making configuration changes Clear communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical audiences Bonus points for familiarity with LLM or agent-based workflows.
