Compensation $90–$120 per day (Based on your education level and/or Texas teaching certification) What You’ll Do Deliver engaging instruction using lesson plans provided by classroom teachers

Foster a safe, structured, and positive learning environment

Encourage participation and manage classroom behavior effectively

Supervise students during lessons, lunch, recess, and transitions

Assign and review classwork aligned with daily objectives

Take attendance and report any student concerns to school staff

Collaborate with teachers and administrators to support academic and behavioral goals

For long-term assignments: Create and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum

Schedule Monday–Friday availability required

Full Day: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Half Day: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

What We’re Looking For Associate degree or minimum 60 college credit hours (required)

Bachelor’s degree or valid Texas Teaching Certificate (preferred)

At least 1 year of classroom or childcare experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Reliable transportation and punctuality
