Your Mission

Your mission in this role is to support the Regional Account Managers in executing on the key performance indicators of our retail strategy.

Responsibilities forFieldSales Development Representative

  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
  • Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research toidentifynewopportunities
  • Supporting applicable USA Regional Account Managers on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
  • Attend product training conferences and develop an understanding of our communication infrastructure-
  • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales representatives
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects anddeterminethe next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
  • Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each weekly meeting
  • Work within the parameters of Company policies and procedures
  • Lead follow-ups with customers and document/record wins

Qualifications for Field Sales Development Representative

  • Must be available for frequent travel, mainly western USA.
  • Must have a valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
  • Ideal candidatewillhave avalidcredit card for travel expenses
  • Must be available to spend up to ~15 overnight stays per month. Expectation of 3-4 days per week travel on average.
  • Flawless communication skills, both written and oral, with extensive public speaking experience
  • Experience working with building materials is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day
  • Has experience using Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
  • Thorough understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to successfullyestablishrapport with prospects
  • Junior to mid-level related experience
  • Targeting USA locations: TX (Dallas; Austin; San Antonio or surrounding areas). CO (Denver or surrounding area); Reasonable proximity to major airport hubs for travel.

Education

  • Relativebuilding material industrywork experienceis an asset
  • College Diplomaat minimum (preferred)
