Job Description

UNC Charlotte Dining is seeking a creative, organized, and outgoing student to join our Marketing Team for the Fall 2025 semester. This paid internship offers the opportunity to gain real-world experience in content creation, event planning, market research, and brand management all while playing a key role in enhancing the student dining experience on campus.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled UNC Charlotte student (undergraduates preferred)

Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and/or CapCut

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in engaging with peers

Highly organized, dependable, and proactive

Comfortable working events, including some evenings

Skills in photography, graphic design, or video editing are a plus

Job Summary

This position is paid, but not eligible for benefits such as medical, relocation, or housing. Because this position requires you to perform services in an educational facility, there may be periods when the Company does not require you to perform work (such as winter and summer breaks when food service needs decline or cease). Any such periods during which you do not perform work on the Company's behalf may be unpaid and deemed a temporary layoff. However, depending on business needs, you may be required to work year-round, potentially at a different location during break periods. Business needs may vary from year to year.
