Our Technicians provide essential TV and Smart Home solutions to millions of customers. As a technician, you will be trained to deliver an exceptional customer experience by educating and connecting more Americans with the technology in their homes. What You'll Do:

Install and service DISH equipment and smart home technology in customers' homes. Educate customers on how to use their systems and recommend additional services when appropriate. What You'll Need:

Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record essential. Schedule Flexibility: Openness to travel as required; ability to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays. Physical Ability: Climb ladders (up to 40 ft), lift items up to 70 lbs, and adhere to a maximum weight limit of 335 lbs. Customer Focus: Build rapport and ensure a positive experience for customers. Problem-Solving: Ability to address various challenges promptly and effectively. Determination: Work adeptly in tight spaces and adverse weather conditions.
