Were seeking a Farmers Insurance Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. This is a full-time, in-office position designed for individuals who are goal-oriented, coachable, and passionate about making a meaningful impact. Youll use advanced sales tools, a robust product lineup, and high-quality leads to help prospects secure the protection they need without compromising value for price.

  • Base salary: $40,000-$50,000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to high-quality leads
  • Sell value-based insurance solutions, not just the lowest price
  • Follow up consistently with prior quoted leads
  • Ask for the sale in every opportunity and close decisively
  • Upsell life insurance to leads interested in auto or home coverage
  • Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism

Requirements
  • Active insurance license
  • Resilient mindset and ability to handle daily rejection
  • Extremely coachable with a willingness to adapt quickly
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet daily performance goals
  • Highly professional with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex coverage options
