  • First-year earnings between $44,000-$74,000

Responsibilities
  • Manage and follow up with inbound and outbound leads
  • Build rapport and gather client information
  • Present insurance solutions and close sales
  • Manage follow-up systems and maintain strong client relationships
  • Set goals, hit them, and then beat them.

Requirements
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health
  • Outgoing, positive, and people-oriented
  • Coachable with a strong drive to learn and grow
  • Comfortable with fast-paced sales and high expectations
  • Confident communicator with a solutions-first mindset
  • Passionate about helping people and delivering value
