Family Practice Hospitalist Opportunity Western Massachusetts Our physician-owned and operated group is seeking Family Practice BC/BE doctors interested in inpatient hospitalist work. This is a unique opportunity to use your full-spectrum family medicine training in a supportive, collaborative environment with a stable group of Family Practice and Med/Peds physicians. Position Highlights: Care for both adult and pediatric patients Assist with newborn resuscitation in low-risk deliveries 12-hour shifts: $220/hour (7am 7pm) and $240/hour (7pm 7am) Schedule: 7 shifts/week or 14 shifts/month, planned in advance 1099 long-term contract 561 deliveries in 2022 Non-profit community hospital Benefits: Travel and lodging expenses are fully covered, plus a meal allowance Licensing, certifications, and all required credentialing paperwork handled by our team Occurrence-based malpractice coverage provided Paid 2-day orientation and optional paid shadow shifts Open to out-of-state physicians Location Perks: Conveniently located within driving distance of Boston, Albany, and New York City Two international airports within an hour s drive Access to year-round outdoor recreation, including skiing, hiking, and more in beautiful Western Massachusetts
