The facility is located 30 min from Hartford, Connecticut.

The start date is August 1st for one year. The cred timeframe is 90 days. The schedule is Monday - Friday (8-5PM) with a midday 30 minute lunch break. The average number of patients per day is 20. Patient demographics include those of all ages. The EMR system used is EPIC. 2+ years of primary care experience (internal/family medicine) is preferred.
