What Youll Do

Support attorneys through every stage of a family law matterdivorce, custody, post-judgment, and more Draft pleadings, financial affidavits, discovery, and settlement documents Communicate regularly with clientsanswering questions, gathering information, and helping them feel supported Manage add organize case files, court filings, and scheduling Help prepare for mediations, depositions, and court hearings Track deadlines, billable time, and assist with billing Coordinate with courts and opposing counsel What You Bring

15 years of paralegal or high-level legal assistant experience (family law preferred) Strong knowledge of Maine family court procedures Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills Comfort managing multiple active cases with competing deadlines Familiarity with Microsoft Office and legal software (Clio is a plus) A calm, compassionate, and professional demeanorespecially when clients are navigating tough situations Apply Today
