Description:

Duties include documentation and participation in clinical meetings necessary for effective care delivery. Patients under 18 are managed separately by a pediatrician; however, beeper coverage may require support across all age groups. Mental Health aides will be available to assist on units as needed. Professional work attire is preferred; no white coat or scrubs required. Public transportation access and free parking are available. COVID-19 vaccine is not required.

Requirements:

Residency training and/or board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice Minimum one year of experience in a private or state system Unrestricted license to practice medicine in New York State Board Certification DEA registration Enrollment in Medicaid and Medicare BLS certification 60 hours of CME Infection control certificate Pain management certificates (Part One and Part Two) Three peer references preferred
