Greene Resources is seeking a Facilities & Preventative Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description: Training & Team Development Design and implement a structured training program to support technical skill-building and professional growth. Identify team training needs, evaluate performance, and apply appropriate technical and problem-solving methodologies. Daily Fault Monitoring & Communication Oversee the PM and repair schedule, establishing clear governance for team activities. Prioritize work orders and assignments in coordination with facilities and maintenance needs. Act as the main point of contact for Production Supervisors regarding preventive and reactive maintenance. Coordinate with external service providers to ensure proper execution of contracted PM work. Serve as the escalation point for facility-related issues and repairs. Continuous Improvement & Fault Investigation Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in PM, facility maintenance, repair processes, and reactive work. Promote standardized methods for addressing facility and maintenance issues. Lead in-depth fault investigations to prevent recurring problems. Reliability & Maintenance Practices Participate in weekly fault review and reliability meetings. Contribute to the development of best practices and improvements in maintenance operations. Preventive & Reactive Maintenance Oversight Ensure timely and accurate completion of all PMs and reactive maintenance tasks. Track KPIs such as PM execution time and follow-up care, and recommend improvements as needed. Knowledge Sharing & Systems Management Ensure accurate and consistent documentation of work in Ultimo. Promote knowledge transfer and system usage best practices among team members. Safety, Hygiene, & Quality Compliance Uphold safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Enforce proper use of Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and 5S methodologies. Encourage a culture of safety and accountability within the team.
Position Requirements: Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical components, motors, PLCs, and pneumatic systems Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); Ultimo experience is a plus Understanding of HACCP and food safety standards Proven background in maintenance, facilities, technical services, or production Leadership experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager Experience with bakery machinery or packaging installations in food/FMCG/CPG industries is preferred Exposure to technical facility infrastructure, utilities, and telecom systems is a plus
