Facilities Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

:This position is responsible for performing overall maintenance and upkeep for the entire facility.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Painting and Drywall RepairsOffice Setup, Teardown, and Furniture RelocationEvent Setup and TeardownPerform hands-on maintenance and repairs involving mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systemsEnsure that the facility is always in operating conditionInterior / Exterior LightingSmall Appliance RepairInvestigate and service any complaints or concerns involving the facility interiorInspect work performed to ensure it meets the required expectations and standards set by the company and leadershipPerform regular preventative maintenance inspections of the facilityInvestigate and service any complaints or concerns involving the facilityAssist other maintenance employees with projects and tasksAssist with Outside Vendor Management / SchedulingPerform Lockout Tag-outHandle chemicalsKeep work area clean and orderlyPerform job duties safely as outlined in the Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Ability to successfully plan, and complete project work with little supervisionReview completed work to ensure it aligns with company standards and leadership expectationsAdditional duties as assigned by managementMinimum Qualifications:Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operationAbility to become certified in Aerial lift and Fall ProtectionAbility to become certified in Lockout Tag-outAbility to become certified in Chemical HandlingAbility to read and write in English to complete required documentationBasic computer skillsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.Experience: 2+ years maintenance experience is preferred.Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is preferred.Qualifications & Skills:Ability to use measuring equipmentAbility to safely operate an overhead JIB cranesMust be available to respond to urgent issues during non-business hours as part of an on-call schedule.Independent self-starter requiring little to no supervisionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail in fast-paced work environmentStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesTeam player with the ability to collaborate across departmentsTime management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyUnderstanding of workplace safety protocols and proceduresTime management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyCambria Success Factors:High attention to detailReliable and punctualDirect communicationSense of urgency in completing workCapable of multitaskingWork well both independently and with a teamSelf-motivatePhysical Requirements: Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildingsLift up to 60 lbs.Push/pull 100 lbs.Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaksWear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by CambriaParticipate in daily stretch and flex exercisesWork in an outdoor environment in all weather conditionsWalk up and down steps multiple times throughout shiftBend over multiple times throughout shiftTask Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements: Steel toed bootsHearing ProtectionSafety glassesCut-proof glovesLatex glovesFace shieldHigh visibility vestRespirator*Employees who are required to wear a respirator must maintain a clean-shaven face in the area where the respirator seals to the skin.Cambria's starting hourly range for this position is $22.00-$28.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position.
