Industry: Mission Critical/Data Center Location: San Jose, CA Hire Model: Permanent Shift: First Shift Salary: $145,000 - $165,000/year + 10% Annual Bonus Job Description: Our large facilities management client is searching for a high-level Facilities Engineering Manager to oversee a data center facility in San Jose, CA! The ideal candidate for this role will have strong facility oversight experience specifically within a mission critical environment (Data Centers, Hospital, Clean Rooms, etc.) You should apply if you: Have thorough experience within maintenance and repair procedures for critical operations (HVAC, UPS, boilers, fire pumps, fire safety, etc.) Possess an excellent working knowledge and ability to create, review, and approve MOP's, SOP's, ESOP/EOP, SOW's, etc. Currently hold upwards of 10 years of industry experience, with at least 5+ years in critical facilities management/operations. Compensation: $145,000/yr to $165,000/yr + Annual Bonus Structure Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Healthcare benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, financial protection benefits, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. 401k retirement account access is offered starting on the 90th day with employer matching after one year of service.
