Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed repair orders that include time, cost, and labor estimates for services.
- Document customer concerns on repair orders to assist technicians in accurately diagnosing issues.
- Clearly explain the work performed and repair order charges to customers to ensure transparency.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Schedule service appointments to accommodate customer needs.
- Obtain and maintain accurate customer and vehicle data for service records.

Requirements
