Experienced Quality Control Inspector for Machined Metal Parts
New Today
Must have at least 2 years' experience as a professional Quality Control Inspector for machined metal parts as well as knowledge of measuring instruments and gaging with experience using gage blocks, pins, micrometers, calipers, and thread gages.
Must have experience reading mechanical drawings.
Must have a friendly and positive attitude.
Experience running a CMM is a big plus!
3-5 years’ experience as a machinist in a metal working machine shop is a big plus!
Knowledge of GD&T is preferred!

Responsibilities:
Primary
1. Bubbling Prints/ Producing Inspection Reports
2. Inspect parts to spec based on prints and drawings.
3. Follow defined inspection procedures and use of calibrated equipment.
4. Review new order drawings to create:
o In process inspection plans.
o Inspection plans for details that cannot be inspected on the shop floor.
5. Understand workload and adjust it accordingly.
6. Create Shipping documents for product ready to be sent to customers.
Compensation details: 19.5-27.4 Hourly Wage
