Key Responsibilities · Install, service, and troubleshoot ducted, mini-split, and VRF/VRV systems · Perform full system installations including copper bending, brazing, and flaring · Wire HVAC systems accurately and interpret complex schematics · Participate in the on-call service rotation for emergency calls · Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and safety regulations · Represent the company professionally at all times on customer sites · Join a tight knit team who has your back Required Skills & Qualifications · Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience · Expertise in mini-split, ducted, VRF/VRV, communicating, and 24-volt systems · Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics · Strong wiring and startup abilities · EPA Certification (Required) · Own full set of HVAC tools · Willing and able to participate in on-call rotation · Skilled in copper bending, brazing, and flaring · Works well with others · Maintains professionalism under pressure · Must have and maintain a clean driving record · Must be able to pass a drug screening · Must be able to climb tall ladders · Able to lift 100 lbs.
