Job Description
We are looking for a professional that is currently/recently employed as a fine dining server with minimum two years experience. Preferred candidate is focused on delivering an exceptional dining experience, personalized service, hardworking, and works well in a fast paced environment.
  • Wine knowledge required
  • Liquor knowledge required
  • Available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Reports to work on time, in assigned neat and clean uniform, well-groomed hair and personal hygiene is essential
  • Maintains a positive attitude while demonstrating flexibility, teamwork, and communication
  • Completes opening and closing side work
  • Prepares dining room for service
  • Assist guest with making selections from food and beverage menus, suggest courses and pairings, explains specials, and answers all food preparation questions
  • Handles guest special dietary needs, allergies, or special request
  • Communicates with kitchen to manage timing of courses, guest feed back, etc.
  • Learns and maintains expert knowledge of all food and beverage menus
  • Must be able to constantly walk, stand, bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds
