Our expanding law practice is looking for a paralegal with strong knowledge of all aspects of Family Law who can hit the ground running as we build our perfect team.

You will be a member of a dynamic and developing team. Applicants must be experienced, well-organized professionals who can work alone and with minimal supervision.

Because this is a full-time position, you must work 40 hours weekly in the office. Compensation is negotiable based on experience,

Responsibilities

•Analyze and maintain an organizational system for discovery and records
•Speak with clients to provide quality service, answer basic procedural inquiries about their case, and obtain information about their legal difficulties
•Prepare legal documents, correspondence, affidavits, and pleadings such as complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, and legal briefs under the supervision of a lawyer
•Maintain case files and additional relevant information in a nicely organized and easily accessible manner
•Track and calculate progress on all deliverables to meet deadlines

•Knowledge of standard office administration software such as the internet, email, word processing, case management, time and billing, legal research, and document management is required

•Paralegal experience working closely with attorneys and clients on ((types of cases))
