About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing to play a key role in the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy. The EVP will be expected to lead the marketing and customer service teams, work closely with the production department, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure the company's objectives are met.

Applicants for the EVP of Sales and Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 12-15 years of CPG-focused sales and marketing experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in the food industry. The role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in sales, including experience in managing key accounts and developing sophisticated pricing strategies.
