Empower Yourself.As an Executive Planner at Empower, you will be responsible for providing benefits optimization reviews and comprehensive financial planning services to highly compensated (executive) participants. This role requires an understanding of financial services, investment strategies, tax planning, estate planning, and risk management. The Executive Planner will work closely with executives to optimize workplace benefits and provide customized financial plans that align with their long-term financial objectives.What you will doBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with highly compensated participantsWork with executives to optimize their benefits initially and annuallyDevelop comprehensive financial plans tailored to the individual needs and goals of the executives you work withRecommend, implement, and review investment strategies that align with clients’ risk tolerance and financial objectivesStay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting investmentsProvide guidance on tax-efficient investment strategies and planning and collaborate with other professionals as neededConduct thorough risk assessments and implement appropriate risk management strategiesMentor and guide your team while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environmentWhat you will bringBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
