Home2 Suites by Hilton in Grove City is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee all housekeeping operations at our location. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that our suites are impeccably maintained, providing guests with a clean, inviting, and comfortable stay. As the leader of the housekeeping department, the Executive Housekeeper will manage staff, coordinate cleaning schedules, and ensure compliance with all hospitality standards and local regulations. Manage daily housekeeping operations and cleanliness standards of the hotel. Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff. Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene compliance. Prepare work schedules, allocate tasks, and manage staffing levels to meet operational requirements. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, order supplies as needed. Coordinate with maintenance department to ensure prompt addressing of any repairs or safety issues. Handle customer issues and complaints related to housekeeping services. Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures. Prepare reports on departmental activities and progress. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Deep knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and standards. Proficiency in managing budgets and expenses. Ability to handle multiple tasks and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. High standard of attention to detail.
