This position works to move the mission across the organization as an executive leader. Leads and supports high school principals and secondary athletics in their efforts to move their 27J mission through the school UIP. Leads and supports department leaders in their implementation, administration, planning, projects, budget and policy in the areas of student safety, student behavior, student attendance, school climate, and outreach initiatives for educationally at-risk populations, including foster and homeless students.

Required Qualifications

Must have Administrative/Principal Certification/licensing as required by Colorado Department of Education. Minimum 5 years of experience in K-12 education required. At least 3 years of administrative experience is required. Experience working with multiple age / school levels preferred. 3 + years of classroom experience preferred. Proven knowledge of diversity across a wide spectrum of areas; e.g., language, ethnicity, gender, etc. Experience in leadership, change and systems development. Bilingual literacy in Spanish is preferred.
