Who You Are We seek dedicated professionals passionate about baking and the hospitality industry. You should be a motivated self-starter, value precision, and work neatly and organized. A positive attitude and good communication are essential. What You Will Do Bread Production: Supervise all bread-making processes, ensure quality, and adjust schedules as needed. Team Management: Lead early morning team, train staff, and manage workflow. Quality Control: Maintain high standards through inspections and tastings. Inventory Management: Oversee ingredient stock, place orders, and prevent shortages. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure bakery equipment is functional and coordinate repairs. Health and Safety: Enforce safety regulations and maintain a sanitary environment. Record Keeping: Keep detailed production records.
Requirements Passion and knowledge of baked goods Minimum 3 years experience in bakery/restaurant, 2 years in management Proficiency in bread and viennoiserie techniques Strong team and communication skills Attention to detail and safety regulations knowledge Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and flexible availability
