A leading clinical-stage biotechnology company is seeking a Temporary Senior Administrative Assistant to support its Corporate Development Team. This hybrid role is based in Cambridge, MA, with an on-site requirement of three or more days per week. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $40/hour and runs for 4-6 months, with full-time hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders across multiple time zones. Proactively manage calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts. Coordinate complex travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries. Process and manage expense reports in a timely manner. Prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications. Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Serve as a liaison for both internal and external communications. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and mailing. Support departmental projects and other ad-hoc assignments as needed. Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered. 3-5+ years of experience supporting senior-level management, preferably in biotech or pharma. Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with Concur Travel and Oracle Expense systems is a plus. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Self-starter with sound judgment and the ability to work independently and efficiently. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
