Duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and assist with office management tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in office management is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
