We are seeking an enthusiastic, independent, and motivated Executive Assistant who will report directly to the Vice President. The qualified candidate will work full-time at our Reno location, travelling to the Martinez location at a minimum of once per quarter. A clean DMV record and a valid Nevada Drivers License are required. This individual must also be able to demonstrate their ability to take initiative, to work independently, and have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities include:
Manage the Vice President's calendar, schedule meetings, and follow up with meeting reminders.
Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Vice President.
Draft internal communications, memos, and announcements.
Screen and prioritize emails.
Translate the Vice President's ideas into actionable plans and track progress on key initiatives, strategic initiatives, and operational projects.
Lead and/or support cross-functional projects that drive growth and operational success.
Support the preparation of board materials, business reviews, and performance reports.
Monitor KPIs and provide insights to guide company direction.
Evaluate new opportunities, partnerships, and operational improvements.
Coordinate with department leaders to ensure alignment and execution.
Support HR, Finance, and Operations with administrative tasks as needed.
Identify and remove roadblocks to keep initiatives moving forward.
Required skills:
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Administratively proficient.
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Technologically savvy.
Reliable and committed to teamwork.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Courteous and calm in challenging situations.
5+ years of experience in a strategic, operational, executive support, or supervisory role.
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
Thrive in a high-energy, idea-rich environment.
A natural problem solver who loves making things happen behind the scenes.
Curious, resourceful, and always thinking two steps ahead.
Comfortable with quick pivots.
