Job Summary Seeking a polished Executive Assistant to support our President of CRH Americas (NYSE: CRH). Must have exceptional communication and computer skills. Seeking someone with years of experience supporting and collaborating with an executive of a large organization managing multiple priorities, calendars and projects. Must have a great aptitude for solving problems, finding solutions, and adapting in a demanding environment. Job Location This is a hybrid role. The position will require someone to be based in our Austin location (Four Points area) when the President is in the office with flexibility when he is traveling. Job Responsibilities Provide high level executive support to the President of CRH Americas Maximizing the time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; collecting and analyzing information; initiating phone calls on their behalf etc. Manage the day to day in a small office Complex calendar management Event planning and execution including researching venues, negotiating contracts, coordinating activities, sending invites and all other related activities Plan and schedule all meeting logistics for the President Review expense reports Work with global Executive Assistant team Manage all travel arrangements Work on preparing all prep materials for plant visits, meetings etc. Manage club relationships/bills Accounts payable management for President's office Reservation management Personal Assistance (running quick errands and other related tasks when necessary) Coordinating tasks with other Executive Assistants when appropriate Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion Managing multiple email inboxes for President Availability to travel once a month to Atlanta, GA as well as to various conferences (3-4 per year). Job Requirements 10+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment Work within a diverse team, fostering a culture of trustworthiness with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy and maintain a high level of confidentiality Attributes Self Starter Confident Gets energy from helping others Organized Detail orientated Team player Can lead but also can be part of a team of Executive Assistants working on a large event Has a do anything mindset (vs “not my job”) Adaptable and willing to take on any task, big or small Has energy Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to sensitive inquiries effectively.
