About the Role:
This EA will act as a strategic partner to the CTO, managing a fast-paced schedule, navigating shifting priorities, and flexing between executive and personal support as needed. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, anticipates needs, and handles challenges with calm confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative and strategic support to the CTO
Manage a demanding calendar, coordinate travel and meetings, and handle confidential communications
Flex between executive and personal assistant duties depending on the CTO’s needs
Stay several steps ahead—anticipating issues and solving them proactively
Support a leader who moves fast and values trusted, nimble support
Who They’re Looking For:
1–5 years of Executive Assistant experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Startup or fast-paced environment experience preferred
Resourceful, smart, and committed to the EA craft
A true team player with a “no task too small” attitude
Comfortable with change and able to respond quickly to evolving priorities
Willingness to occasionally support after-hours needs
