About the Role...
As a Salary.com Executive Assistant & Office Manager, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior-level managers, primary our Chief Executive Office. You will provide multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of the executive's time and productive interactions with staff and the public. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
This position is a onsite in our Waltham office, 5 days a week.
Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 3:00pm
Base Salary: $63,000 to $65,000; $40.00/hour to $42.00/hour
A Day in the Life...
Handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks
Independently initiates and implements processes and efficiencies to manage projects, information, and influence people
Manages the CEO's schedule, e-mail, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and travel arrangements
Act as the on-site point of contact for all executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
Plans and executes company events
Conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the CEO and prepare summaries and reports
Develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization
Uses discretion, judgment, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the CEO's and other executives' activities.
Tracks daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory and basic facilities management
Formats information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
Take notes during important meetings
Organizes and maintain the office mailing and filing systems.
Maintains strict confidentiality
About You...
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and always maintain confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using MS Office
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
