We're looking for an exceptional Executive Administrator to directly support our CEO/President at one of the fastest-growing companies in cybersecurity. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about keeping operations running smoothly at the executive level.
Responsibilities: Manage the complex calendar and day-to-day scheduling for the CEO/President.
Managing and coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics-including flights, ground transportation, and catering.
Coordinate panel interviews with external candidate
Prepare meeting rooms and presentations, ensuring technology and materials are in place.
Organize Board meetings and materials, including document preparation through Diligent.
Acting as the liason for board communication and manage all board meetings and committee meetings (including onsite support and preparation)
Coordinate External and Internal Business Meetings
Preparing letters related to travel visas.
Assist with additional executive-level projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Manage customer meetings
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
A proactive mindset and a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong judgment, independence, and follow-through on complex tasks.
Experience using Diligent or similar board management software is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and executive needs.
Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
Notary Public Certified - a plus
Basic Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High integrity and professionalism.
Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**************************** Annual Salary Guidelines: $110,000 - $140,000
