About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on, and proactive Event Operations Lead to support and lead locker operations at live events across various venues. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys technical troubleshooting, and has strong leadership and customer service skills.
As an Event Operations Lead, you will be responsible for site setup, locker functionality, team supervision, and overall customer satisfaction throughout each event.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to company dress code and clock-in using ADP system
Assist with event site setup/breakdown, including moving lockers and setting up tents, tables, and signage
Ensure all equipment (QR codes, lockers, app, tools) is functioning and troubleshoot minor issues
Perform basic maintenance on lockers (e.g., battery replacement, screw adjustments, lock repairs)
Supervise team members and ensure proper customer handling at all times
Maintain crowd control and ensure event site safety
Handle escalated customer issues professionally and proactively
Train event staff on operational procedures and best practices
Organize and assign staff break rotations
Submit closing reports and confirm proper wrap-up of the event site
Transport or retrieve resources from nearby storage units or venues as needed
Qualifications (Required):
At least 18 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States
Reliable transportation and punctuality
iPhone or iPad access during shifts
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Comfortable working afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic technical understanding of iOS and Android apps
Ability to use basic tools (power drill, screwdriver, etc.)
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Flexible and committed to staying for full event durations
Preferred Experience:
1+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of basic hardware maintenance experience
1+ years of iOS (Apple software) usage or support
1+ years of supervisory or managerial experience (310 employees)

Regional Manager
