We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and executing events from conception through to completion. You will play a vital role in ensuring each event meets client expectations, adheres to budget, and delivers outstanding experiences.

Responsibilities Plan and execute a variety of events including corporate, promotional, and brand-specific activations Coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure event requirements are met Develop detailed event timelines, floorplans, and logistical strategies Oversee on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution Monitor event budgets and provide regular cost updates Collect post-event feedback to improve future planning Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align event messaging Qualifications

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or project management Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event management software is a plus Additional Information
