Evening Shift LPN/LVN at Terraces at Summitview - a HumanGood community summary: Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) provide person-directed nursing care to residents, ensuring their safety, health, and well-being during evening shifts. They collaborate with care partners to assign tasks and maintain accountability for resident satisfaction in senior living communities. This role requires current LVN/LPN licensure, CPR certification, and preferably prior experience in senior or post-acute care settings.
Our Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Shift: Full-Time Evening, 8 hour shifts Pay rate : $33.95-39.33 per hour, depending on experience + shift differentials (Eve $1.00, NOC $2.00) To be successful in the role, you would have: Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying Current CPR certification Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred New grads are welcome!
