The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and experience estimating for industrial, institutional, municipal, and commercial construction projects. Full Time, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Compensation: $90,000-$100,000/year Benefits: Health, Dental Life, Disability Insurance, Paid time off, 401k matching

Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain pricing Coordinate and collaborate with Project Managers Conduct detailed project turnover meetings with Project Managers upon award Prepare accurate and competitive estimates using Quickpen Computer Estimating software Ensure all estimates comply with project safety requirements, scheduling constraints, and bid form specifications Meet deadlines for bid submissions and internal milestones Qualifications: Proven experience estimating Plumbing and HVAC systems Familiarity with Industrial, Institutional, Municipal, and Commercial Construction Proficient with Quickpen or similar estimating software Strong understanding of construction safety, scheduling, and documentation requirements Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines If qualified and interested in this position, contact Recruiter Damaris Diaz- call 203-213-6925 or email damaris.diaz@expresspros.com
