Your Role & Responsibilities: Estimating & Proposal Development – Analyze plans and specifications to prepare competitive bids and proposals . Cost Analysis – Maintain expertise in local material, labor, and equipment costs to ensure accurate estimates. Building Code Compliance – Stay updated on local, city, and state building codes to ensure compliance in assigned locations. Team Leadership & Development – Train and mentor project engineers and assistant estimators to support career growth within the company. Industry Knowledge – Continuously expand expertise in drywall, stud metal and cold metal framing, acoustical ceilings, doors/frames/hardware (Div 8), and specialties (Div 10) . What You Bring to the Team: Education & Experience – A B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting is preferred. Alternatively, 2+ years as an Assistant Estimator or 5-7 years of overall experience in the field. Detail-Oriented Mindset – Ability to analyze complex plans and specifications with precision. Goal-Driven Performance – Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while exceeding expectations. Strong Work Ethic – Self-motivated with a commitment to professional excellence .
