Responsibilities: Develop and implement customized estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives) solutions for clients. Draft and implement complex irrevocable trusts and trust/business systems for tax planning and asset protection purposes. Advise on tax-related matters. Advise on and facilitate trust and estate administration matters, including probate, tax-related matters, and asset distributions. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Qualifications: What we would like you to bring to the team… J.D. degree from an accredited law school License to practice law in Nevada 5+ years of legal experience providing business, estate planning, and asset protection services. Outstanding time management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
