Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate

We partner with some of the most impactful causes—anti-bullying, youth mental health, violence prevention—and bring their message directly to the public through in-person events and grassroots campaigns. We are looking for energetic and passionate individuals to join our Sales & Marketing Associate team and help drive real change through conversation, connection, and community presence. What You’ll Do: Engage the Community – Actively connect with people at community events, pop-ups, retail locations, and schools to raise awareness and encourage involvement in charitable missions. Represent National Nonprofits – Be the face of the cause. Build trust, answer questions, and educate the public on pressing social issues. Drive Results – Inspire donations, secure sign-ups, and meet campaign fundraising goals. Event Coordination – Help organize events from start to finish including location planning, booth set-up, logistics, and outreach strategy. Track Performance – Log daily metrics, supporter data, and donor activity to contribute to campaign reporting and optimization. Grow Your Network – Attend local and regional events, trainings, and workshops with nonprofit partners and industry leaders. ✅ You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are: A strong communicator who enjoys talking to people and building authentic relationships. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and energized by a fast-paced environment. Organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask and manage event responsibilities. Community-focused with a desire to make a social impact. Adaptable and eager to learn — no two events are the same! Experience Level: 0–2 years in sales, retail, customer service, or related fields.
