Our client, a fast-growing technology company, is hiring Entry-Level Tech Support Associates to join their Scottsdale team. This is a true career launch role designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement. Many team members start in this role and quickly move into new positions across the organization. About the Role As part of the Tech Support team, you'll be the first point of contact for merchants, helping solve real-world problems and delivering excellent customer experiences. You'll gain practical skills in communication, problem-solving, and technology while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is perfect for someone who is curious, adaptable, and motivated to build a strong professional foundation.
