We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to start their career in event management and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The Entry Level Events Assistant will support the planning and execution of various events, from corporate meetings to large-scale festivals. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of events across various industries. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, equipment rental, and transportation. Maintain event schedules and ensure all deadlines are met leading up to the event. Support the marketing team by promoting events through social media and other channels. Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth communication and execution of services. Help set up and break down event spaces, ensuring a professional appearance at all times. Provide on-site support during events, including registration, attendee assistance, and troubleshooting.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and vendors. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of event management software is a plus. A team player who is also comfortable working independently when required.
